Hello. I'm Steve Buck, President of the Alpha Omega cast at Augustana College. Over the past few years, many important papers and information has been lost by previous presidents. I am trying to assemble a binder to be passed down to each new president with all national info, but I'm completely clueless how to get national information such as a list of the point system, initiation and induction proceedures and policies, award criteria, etc. Can anyone tell me where to go or whom to talk to in order to get this.

Dr. James Fisher.  What you want to specifically address what you've asked is the Constitution and Ceremonies book, it has the ceremonies themselves, along with the national and recommended local constitutions.  And the local constitution includes the recommended points system.
