My name is Amy Struebing.  I am a newly elected officer of the Phi cast at the University of Northern Colorado.  I know that our members would be very interested in a regional conference.  We are reorganizing after several years of bad leadership.  We can definitely use all the help we can get.  Keep us posted on the progress.

I was just elected president of the Omega Kappa cast a Drury and we have not done much at all for some time now. I think a conference is a great idea. We can't do it here though.

My name is Lia, and i'm the historian of the Alpha Psi cast at Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa, and this sounds like a great idea. It would be a really fun event to host, but our school just isn't big enough. If it does end up being hosted then I would definitely be able to be called upon to do some organizational/set-up work for it. This is a great idea guys, we really should try it.....

Well, to get official sanction you'll have to go with your entire Region.  At that point, you need to come up with a guess as to how many people will be there and make sure they'll all have a place to sleep and that you have appropriate facilities to put them for whatever activities you plan.  Note that the place to sleep might be a hotel arrangement, putting them up with your local members, getting an odd room at a local YMCA, finding a place to put tents (in which case you'll probably need to arrange for tents, too)...

Stuff to do... what would be fun/useful for you?  Theater sports, discussions on how to get a job, outside speakers who would do this for free (or really cheap) that might be useful, acting classes, tech classes, improv classes, Alpha Psi Omega discussions (ceremonies, what a cast can DO as a cast, ...)
